7. Cottage of the Month - February

6. Cottage of the Month - January

This is the first Cottage of the Month from CCN. I am stitching them all on the same fabric

5. Wisdom - stitched January 2012

I love how this looks,  I wasn't to sure about the colours used for the leaves but once they are stitched they are just right.   I also made a mistake too and have left it there as I was too lazy to frog.  The word Wisdom is supposed to be the lighter pink colour.  But I quite like it in the dark plum colour.
This was a kit with threads given to me for my birthday by Dot  of These Two Hands
I just need to put felt on the back and make a hanger for it.

4. Elizabeth McGuire - stitched 2011
My 4th LHN was Elizabeth McGuire.  When I first started stitching this I thought it looked a little bland but when I stitched Elizabeth she made the piece come alive. I am going to alternate cream and blue linen for each of this series.

3. Dear Diary Pillows stitched - 2009/2010

Each Dear Diary has another pattern that can be made up into little pillows.  I have decided to stitch them all on one piece of fabric.  The block These I Hold Dear was a bonus pattern with Julia Flynn.  They are a quick stitch and would make beautiful gifts when made up into little pillows.

2. Julia Flynn - stitched 2010

My second was a pattern gifted to me as a Christmas wish on the 123 Board.  Julia Flynn is the last of a Dear Diary Series. I want to make up the series into a Quilted Wall hanging. Each patterns has a snippet from their diaries which tells of the hardships that they faced.

1. Frappuccino  - stitched 2009

This was my first finish of a Little House of Needlework's pattern.  I won it  on the 123 board as a Pass It Forward pattern.  I love how it turned out, the fabric is much darker and richer in real life. There is enough room on the fabric to stitch a companion piece
